Getting "Fields" to show in Joomla Content

Working on getting Joomla Custom Fields to work. You need to chase it a bit if it was not in the system

After enabling the "System-Fields" and all of the other fields components and other details, I also made an actual custom field. Doing So had the Fields Tab show up in Joomla Content editing screens on the Joomla backend. Yay.  (See the Fields Tab there below the title word Joomla).  Plus an actual picture here no less.
